Can members remain anonymous?

This question hasn't been answered in several years, so I'm wondering if there has been an update.

We are sharing a folder with sensitive information and do not want members to see other members' information like name and email. Can we restrict this in any way so they remain anonymous?

    Not in a shared folder, no, thats not possible.

      Thanks Mark. Do you know of any workarounds that don't involve creating unique folders for each member?

        Do they just need read only access? If so why not just create a shared link for everybody
