Cannot add new user to team, I am getting an error.

I cannot add a new member of staff to dropbox. No problem with our company credit card. I put in new users email like I have done with other staff but keeps coming up error. Can someone please help me with advice

    it says we need to update our paying bill or something but we know we have plenty of money on company account and when we keep putting card details in, it looks like it is doing something but then it comes up error

    Can you send me a screenshot of the error message you get? Also, are you a team admin of the Business plan that you're trying to add the member to?

    It is my boss who is trying to add it, she has control of the business dropbox. We have doubled checked our bank and it has more than enough sufficient funds, so definitely dropbox error. Here is what it says, thanks Megan

    Hi Jo67, thank you for the screenshot! 

     

    Is it possible that the payment method you're trying to use now, is in a different currency than the one she used to purchase the plan?

     

    In any case, I'd suggest that you contact our Support team directly, since they'd have account-specific info that's needed in this case, in order to get to the bottom of this.
