Cannot log in
Hello, I have a problem logging in to Dropbox. I signed up for an account (not sure if it is pro, business, or what but I pay for it). However, I signed up for it with an email account that no longer exists (a defunct company email). Now, when I try to log in, it keeps saying it sent a verification code to the email account - obviously I cannot get that code so I cannot log in to change the email address.
I have looked through the Drop box support site and it is garbage - just a circular loop of the same generic things with no help. I tried the Chatbot but i could not use it unless I logged in so I created a free account just to use it. However, it says I am not a paid subscriber so it cannot do anything but tell me the same thing that the website says.
I need a way to contact someone to help me resolve this.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
