Cannot select Add Security key

I am trying to set up 2 factor auth with a security key. The instructions, #5 Under Two-step verification, click Add next to Security keys.  [avatar>settings>security tab>two-step verification]   ...

Hey Callard, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

May I ask if you've already enabled the 2 step authentication feature or if this is the first time you're setting it up?
