Cannot Unlink Old Device

I'm getting Dropbox full because of an older PC, listed as PC(1) in my usage. I go to my Settings Security and see only my current PC and laptop listed. I need to unlink this old device from my account but I cannot find a way to do that. I have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription.

Hi Jim R.23, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you able to see the older backup on the backups page when clicking 'Show deleted backups', or when clicking this direct link?

Keep me updated with any progress!

Thanks, Jay. On the Backups page, I see the PC(1) at the start; its status is "Done". When I "Show deleted backups", I see a PC that has status "Disabled".

When I try to delete PC(1), I get "Can't disable backup, You're not on the right computer to access this backup..."

I did a delete on the PC and PC(1) disappeared. Then I deleted PC. Now everything looks like it is gone and I'll have to rebuild my backups, the Basic Plan box is grayed out. I do see my files in the internet view of Dropbox.

I'm not sure where I am, but will try to figure this out. Sigh.

Hey Jim R.23, does your Dropbox still appear full, when you look at your account settings here, or has your space been cleared up?
