No, I have no device that can access the old Dropbox account nor the old student account.
But the old Dropbox account still exists, but I can’t access the one-time security code as it goes to my old student e-mail account that doesn’t exist anymore.

BWithout access to the email its not possible to recover. Its also worth pointing out that if you have not logged in for 12 months + all content will have been removed for inactivity.
