Dropbox app won't accept the 6-digit code, so I can sign in on the mobile app
I had to do a factory reset on my phone. I uninstalled some apps and reinstalled them once the reset had been completed. I signed in with my email and password. Dropbox sent me a six digit code and I entered it correctly, twice. I came out and tried to sign in again. Once again I entered the correct code, login failed. When I tried a second time, login failed. What can I do?

Hi Eleanoria, just to make sure we're on the same page, are these the steps that you follow on your end?
If you still can't see the option there, send me a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual too.

I've managed to delete the free account but I still can't sign in to the paid account on my phone. I changed my password and it doesn't recognise it.

Hey Eleanoria, sorry to jump in here, but I was wondering; are you getting any particular errors upon logging into your paid account now?
Are you able it to log in normally through a web browser?
