Dropbox captcha error

It is now a couple of months since I posted about the fact that whether I attempted the visual or audio puzzles to access Dropbox I was always told I had failed.
I tried again today and got 9 of the 10 people moved easily but the 10th one could not be moved to the appropriate chair. I tried the audio puzzle got all 10 correct and was told so but the to,d this was not verified so was denied access.
Why on earth is this still an issue ? Why haven’t Dropbox resolved it ?

The puzzles do not appear every time fortunately. I have no problem with the code sent to my phone so I can access Dropbox if the puzzles do not appear.
Fortunately up to now my phone and tables appear to be puzzle free, so i can use them as well.
The next time i am rejected I will take a screenshot and forward it to you.

Once again I was prevented from completing a puzzle. I attempted around 60 moves, the attached is just a few of those moves.
