Is the email: em-s.dropbox.com legitimate? [Answer: Yes]
I have received an e-mail telling me of a new document available for me in Dropbox. The e-mail is from an address that ends with " em-s.dropbox.com ". Can anybody confirm that " em-s. " is a valid adjunct to " dropbox.com ", or is it sooner a trick? Thank you.

What's with all the pop up messages?
i am a paying user and the amount of freaking popups every single time i login is ridiculous.. who thinks that people want this many popups? its like some kind of piracy movie website.. what terrible design, PLEASE REMOVE ALL THE POPUPS PLEASE REMOVE ALL THE POPUPS

I can't find my linked devices on my account
Question or Issue I received a new phone and can't get into DB because it says I have to unlink some devices. I can't find where my devices are set up and I have been using DB on my old phone. I did uninstall the DB on my old phone. As far as I know I only have DB on my computer (I have another older computer) and phone. Help

Whitelisting IP for avoid blocking dropbox URL's
Hey there, we found out that some seller site in Turkey just got blocked from dropbox domain. When we get contact with them they say that dropbox need to whitelist some words and they gave us their ip addresses. Is this a valid solution for that issue?

Yubico 2FA not working when logging in
Hello, I am trying to configure the 2FA using the Yubico authenticator. At the end of the config, it seems to accept the 6 digits code. I log off, to test, but when it asked me the code, it do not accept it. As config on the Yubico, I am using: base on time, SHA-1, 30s and 6 digits Any ideas ?

Is an email I received about a Dropbox research study ($100 gift card) legit or a scam?
I received the email shown in the screenshot, from mailto:no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com, which I believe is a legitimate Dropbox domain. But the email itself seems sketchy because of the $100 gift card being offered. Any info appreciated.

Unable to delete account (Error 500)

Endless CAPTCHA loop when logging into my Dropbox account on Windows 11
As I can see that issue is all over the same. I cannot login to my Dropbox account on new pc due to Endless CAPTCHA loop. I am getting message that I am recognized as human being but after that the message from Captcha popped up about not correct result. Then new captcha window is started again. I tried to pass the captcha test few times today. I have tried different internet explorers, Edge, Chrome, Mozzila. Please fix this.

Almost impossible to login due to "games" captcha
Hi everyone! I have a problem I hope you can help me resolve. I use my Dropbox free acount to move files from my phone to the office computer. They are personal things, so I can't install the app or login out of a private browser session. I have two-factors autentication active. Dropbox makes me lose a lot of time in stupid games before login to prove I'm human. I'm not talking about reCAPTCHA here, but real games where you move people to the right chair and other crap like that. How can I avoid this? It's ridicolous, if I wanted to play I will have open an account to a game site, not to personal cloudspace.
