I can't log in to my account due to the Captcha
The captcha takes multiple minutes to complete, and better yet, it will either say that I have failed the captcha OR complete the captcha to only refresh the page and ask me to log in again. Because of this, it is literally impossible to access my account. What is going on here?
I can no longer log in because of the new "games" captcha
I have been using the Dropbox free account for several years now. However, I am currently no longer able to log in to the site because the login puzzle is not working. This cost me a total of 30 minutes of my time. With the best will in the world, I can't afford this waste of time. I will therefore refrain from using Dropbox in the future if no solution is found.
I can't access my Dropbox account online due to captcha.
It is now a couple of months since I posted about the fact that whether I attempted the visual or audio puzzles to access Dropbox I was always told I had failed. I tried again today and got 9 of the 10 people moved easily but the 10th one could not be moved to the appropriate chair. I tried the audio puzzle got all 10 correct and was told so but the to,d this was not verified so was denied access. Why on earth is this still an issue ? Why haven’t Dropbox resolved it ?
Almost impossible to login due to "games" captcha
Hi everyone! I have a problem I hope you can help me resolve. I use my Dropbox free acount to move files from my phone to the office computer. They are personal things, so I can't install the app or login out of a private browser session. I have two-factors autentication active. Dropbox makes me lose a lot of time in stupid games before login to prove I'm human. I'm not talking about reCAPTCHA here, but real games where you move people to the right chair and other crap like that. How can I avoid this? It's ridicolous, if I wanted to play I will have open an account to a game site, not to personal cloudspace.Login not possible due to captcha problem
Starting yesterday evening Dropbox wants me to solve 10 (!) captchas where I have to sit people in certain rows in a room. First of all: Who had this horrible idea? Can you make it even more complicated to access my data? Second: Even when I solve the captchas the login won't work with Firefox. It did work with Edge - And no - this cannot be a permanent solution. Please fix this problem or I will have to move to a different platform. Regards,
The Dropbox site reloads every time I try to join a team via an invitation
I received an invitation to join a team but every time I click on the "join" button, Dropbox automatically log me out because the session "expired" and I have to re-enter my password, after re enter newly my password it happens the same story, the page reloads and it asks again for my password because the session expired ,and the story continues the same way.I can't delete my account, why?
Hi, I want to delete my account. I've been trying to do that for many months now but everytime I try that, I get error 500. Is there anyone who could delete the account for me? I get a lot of emails from dropbox saying I'm nearing my storage limit and it's really annoying for me. Thanks.
The Dropbox website doesn't allow me to log in, only to sign up with a new account.
I go to the Dropbox webiste and click the "Log-in" link at the top right, it takes me to the page, Login page. I enter my email address, and it takes me to a page to sign up, not to login. For some reason, this form does not allow me to upload a screenshot. I can get to my Dropbox account using the app but not directly from Dropbox.com This has been reported on the Dropbox forum site in the past without a resolution. Any help? Thank you.
How can I add files to my Dropbox Vault?
I am having trouble identifying how to choose file from Dpropbox folders and transfer to Vault . I have looked on line and it says “ select the “add” option but I can’t find any sign of that .
