I'm getting an error that my password is incorrect even though it's not
Hi! I was not able to log into my Dropbox account on my mobile browser. I am positive I typed it in correctly. I was able to change it on my PC browser but it is still saying my new password is incorrect. What should I do? Is Dropbox experiencing any issues?Solved89Views0likes3Comments
Whitelisting IP for avoid blocking Dropbox URLs
Hey there, we found out that some seller site in Turkey just got blocked from dropbox domain. When we get contact with them they say that dropbox need to whitelist some words and they gave us their ip addresses. Is this a valid solution for that issue?102Views0likes1Comment
No security apps but still can't log into my account on the web on specific computer
I know my user NAMES and PASSWORDS. I CAN login in on any computer, except the ONE that I need my Dropbox working. I have tried with EDGE, CHROME and FIREFOX (Windows 10). I tried PRIVATE mode on THREE browsers. I enter my email and password. I choose sign in. I get the login screen again empty. The app does nothing. Thoughts?Solved23KViews2likes9Comments

I can't find my linked devices on my account
Question or Issue I received a new phone and can't get into DB because it says I have to unlink some devices. I can't find where my devices are set up and I have been using DB on my old phone. Yubico 2FA not working when logging in
Hello, I am trying to configure the 2FA using the Yubico authenticator. At the end of the config, it seems to accept the 6 digits code.
