Whitelisting IP for avoid blocking dropbox URL's

Hey there, we found out that some seller site in Turkey just got blocked from dropbox domain. When we get contact with them they say that dropbox need to whitelist some words and they gave us their ip addresses. Is this a valid solution for that issue?

    This particular situation is a little tricky and unfortunately may be beyond the scope of support we can provide here in a public forum. I would suggest contacting support@dropbox.com or abuse@dropbox.com directly.
