Yubico 2FA not working when logging in

Hello,

I am trying to configure the 2FA using the Yubico authenticator.

At the end of the config, it seems to accept the 6 digits code. I log off, to test, but when it asked me the code, it do not accept it.

As config on the Yubico, I am using: base on time, SHA-1, 30s and 6 digits

Any ideas ?

Hi Ours, thanks for messaging the Community!

What browser are you using when attempting to log in to the Dropbox site and when trying to use the Yubico key?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Sorry for the nudge, Ours! I just wanted to see if you still need our help with setting up 2FA on your Dropbox account.
