I have two Dropbox (DB) accounts - one personal and one business, both set up with separate email accounts and passwords. Last night, without warning, I received an email from DB stating that my business team had been disbanded by DB, the team's folders were converted to shared folders, and all of my business groups were deleted and converted to a personal DB plan. This morning I received a text box on my desktop screen stating that my business DB account was removed from my computer because my accounts were unlinked, but that my files were not deleted. There was not any information on how to link the accounts or the opportunity to do so. This all came without any warning or notification of a change, or the option to link accounts.
Now I find that:
- Through the DB icon/app on my desktop, I no longer have access to my business DB, but I can access my personal DB there. Same with the DB icon/app on my phone.
- I do have access to my business DB on my laptop, through the app/icon, but I cannot access my personal DB there.
Yesterday I could easily access both accounts from all of my devices and copy and paste documents as needed between them. Today I have no way of copying and pasting documents between the two separate accounts. I have no idea how to get documents from one account to the other now. I realize I can access both accounts by going to Dropbox.com, but to constantly have to download all of the documents I need, make changes, and then somehow upload the files back into the same or a different DB account while also logging out of one account and into another is a time blackhole!
I use DB every day, but I am not computer or tech savvy. Any wisdom from this group is greatly appreciated.

There is now no way to link the two accounts on one desktop account unless one is a paid for Business plan. Multiple emails have gone out about this over the past few months with info showing at https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview

Thank you, Mark. I found the email...unfortunately it was in with the 10+ emails I get a day from DB and I missed it.
