3 years agoHi MinorDeity, the emails are sent out immediately from the Dropbox servers if a request is made.
If there was a delay, it could be related to your email provider, so we'd recommend contacting them first regarding the delay in delivery.

Thanks for the reply. The mime header in the response email from Dropbox indicated that it was sent it several hours after the security code was requested on the Dropbox website, then it took less than 60 seconds for it to get to me once Dropbox sent it. I'm not sure what else I can check 😞

Hi MinorDeity, no need for the screenshot, since your email might be visible, and that wouldn't be very secure.
