How do I file a support ticket to get access to the account of a dead relative?
How do I file a support ticket to access the account of a dead relative? The support page here says to "create a support ticket" and provides a link to a web page with help information. Notably, it doesn't contain an option to file a support ticket. The chatbox tells me that additional support options may be available with a different plan, but I don't want a plan. I don't want to be a customer. I want to access the account of someone else who is/was a user.

To contact Dropbox support, go to dropbox.com/get_help. Once you log in, you’ll see your available support options based on your plan and account type.

Hi Megan,
I have the same issue, seems to be impossible to end my fathers account. Haven't seen any worse support than yours yet.

I’m sorry for your loss, Rikler.
When saying that you wish to end your father’s Dropbox account, do you mean that you’d like to cancel a paid subscription, or that you’d like to delete the account altogether (or even both)?
