How to access my old account with no email/password

Hello So I have a question I had an old Dropbox account and it is on my old email and phone number now I have a new email and new phone number how can I get access to my old one?

No it's not hacked or stolen.
I had iphone before and now I have samsung galaxy I forgot my password and username. I tried to access it but can't get through and now I have new email and phone number I don't have access to my old email and phone number. That was happened.
