    Hey ShalomAdmin​, thanks for reaching out to us.

    Would you mind clarifying what kind of plan you're currently using? I'm asking because it sounds like you might be in a locked state since you mentioned our Basic plan, but formerly had a team account. You can read more about this here

    Provided that's the case, then features such as inviting new members, suspending or removing members are disabled. If you don't want to continue with Dropbox Business, what you need to do is disband your team.

    None of your files will be lost if you do that, you'll just go back to the personal account you had before, and the same thing will happen to your members' accounts.
