I accidentally put the wrong date of birth on my Dropbox account. How can I fix this?
Hi, I have wrongly entered my date of birth, I need help to change it. What can I do?

Have you opened any tickets about this with our support team? They’re the ones that will need to look into this directly.
If you haven’t, please open an incognito window on your current browser and, while you’re NOT logged in to ANY Dropbox account, open a new ticket with them from this page (if you’re signed in to Dropbox while doing this, you may not see the same options).
Please share your ticket number with me once you’ve done so.
Keep me in the loop.
