I can’t access on my other account

Hi, i’ve two dropbox basic accounts, in this one i can access easily with 2FA with the code in my phone number. The problem is on the old account that have 2FA only with email (without phone). When i ...

No, i don’t have the emergency codes cause the account was created many years ago.
Also if i try to request a change password i don’t receive the email from no-reply@dropbox.com why???

Hi Cris992, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. 
 
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
