Hey there amilford, sorry to hear about this.

Do you see any signs of your files  in the events page

Also, can you clarify if you're doing this via the website or maybe through the desktop or the mobile app?

A screenshot of what you see would also help!

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I clicked on the events and it just looks like there is some things in there but not sure.

I am logged in via the website. I am really worried all my PHOTOS are GONE!!!

Im trying to recall the best I can. I wanted to create a vault as a safer option. I clicked to move all files/folders and then i left my computer. When I opened the screen again i put in the vault pin that I created and i can see some of my folders/files but the photos section only has very limited photos there not YEARS of thousands of photos that are meant to be there.

Thanks, amilford, but just as a clarification, by vault, you're referring to the Dropbox Vault feature, right?

Have you checked your all files page again, to see if perhaps the move didn't complete successfully and the files just went back to their locations?

Is there someone I can talk to over the phone? I am searching everywhere. I am really concerned I have lost all my years of photos and memories of my children. This was my backup place. I don't understand where they have gone.
