2 years agoYou need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support for help. Do this while not logged in, even to here. Using an incognito window usually helps.
How long is it since your last log on? If its over 12 months the data would have been deleted anyway I'm afraid due to inactivity.
In terms of support, however, it is very unlikely you can get access back I'm afraid. See this for info.
