I can't receive the security code because my email is no longer active
Hello,
I have a big problem. I cannot access my account anymore. Everytime I try to login there's a message that I will receive a code via email to login. The problem is that the email I used is no longer active (site and domain is terminated). Is there any way that I could regain access? I have very important files uploaded, I can provide information about the files if needed.

I'd suggest contacting our support team, so they can assist you further with this issue.
You can do so, by following these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- Select your issue type and fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Send us your ticket number, when you have it as well.
