I created a new account, using the same email address as my old one, and now I can't access the old.
I have a Dropbox plan under my email. But when I tried to log in, it created an entirely new account for me. Now I can't access any information in my previous account with the SAME email.

Hi christymarino, let's jump right into this!
From what I understood, one is a paid account (old one) and the new one is simply a free, Basic one, right?
I'm asking, because if the old account is indeed a paid one, you can use our self-serve look-up tool, in order to locate it.
Locating it, will help us identify which email address was used there, since you can't create a new account, using an already taken email address.
I'll be waiting for your response!
