I lost access to my Gmail account and I don't receive my recovery email
I lost my mobile phone with [removed per Community Guidelines] gmail account so I recover but not recovery email please solve my problem thank you so much

Can you send over more info on the issue youâre having?
From what I understand, youâre unable to access your Dropbox account on your phone. Correct? If yes, can you access your Gmail account from another device, like a computer for example?
Also, are you being asked for a Dropbox one-time code by any chance?

2 years agoHI william-2891, to see if anything can be done, could you contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link?
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
