I need to access my Dropbox account, but the one-time code is sent to an inaccessible email.
I have been trying to login to my dropbox account but the one time code is being sent to an email which has now been disabled. How can I resolve this issue?

Dear Walter. Many thanks for your help. I just filled in the form. But I don't understand something. How will the DropBox support team be able to contact me, if in the form I filled in only asks the email address which I used to be able to log in into DropBox and that email address is now deleted? If the support team wants to contact me, they don't have any other email address or phone number to contact me.

11 months agoHey Paloma2025, when opening your ticket, please also add an email address that you can currently access in your message, so that our support team may reach you there.
