    Thank you all for your support !
    I've managed to recover my account as Violet from Dropbox support sent me a password reset link and everything is in order now ! I've managed to recover the full access of my account !

      Yes, I followed the link Rich provided and also contacted support directly. They were able to assist me in resetting my password.
