I'm unable to verify the email address of my Dropbox account.

I just started a new account and I am unable to verify my email address. My account still shows my email address unverified. I have made multiple attempts on two different browsers. I've also attempted to verify my email address using the app. Please help!

  • Hello Nancy,

    It appears there needed to be a lag in time before the verification takes hold. I was receiving other auto-generated DropBox emails and when I had clicked on one of the links from them, it took me to my account and I was then able to share one of the files I had uploaded. I think I'm good now.  Thanks for the response.

    First thing, can you send me a few screenshots of what you see on your end when trying to verify your email address and of what appears right after that? 

    I’d like to have a few visuals and investigate this further.
