Thank you so much for your help. The family matter took longer that I expected, but when I returned to the task today, I had my CIO son-in-law at my home, and with your instructions, he fixed the problem. So , much appreciation!

From what you mention, it sounds like you're logging in to a different Dropbox account (under another email address), which is brand new indeed.
