Intrusive detection for Dropbox.

A company closes the access to Dropbox and says that Dropbox through its privacy policy check every file in a intrusive way and we only can use OneDrive, because Microsoft don't use a intrusive detection. Is that correct?

Hi gg84, let's jump right into this!

I'm not entirely sure we are aligned here, but it seems your company doesn't allow you to use Dropbox, am I correct in this?

It sounds like this was a company-level decision, on your end. Can you clarify what exactly you'd like to know from our end? Is there any precise info you'd like to know from our end?

    Keep me posted!

Hi Megan.  That's right.  I can't use Dropbox in that company.  And I just need to use Paper, only one document.  But the reason for block access is "Dropbox, in its privacy policy says that uses intrusive detection in all files and repositories".  So, I can only use Microsoft OneDrive but yow know, something like Paper does not exist in OneDrive.

Hey gg84, sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to mention that you can find the official Dropbox policy and more information about this in this page

As for your questions about Microsoft, you'd be better off asking on a Microsoft forum.

I hope this helps a tad.
