Is it possible to store files in EU servers?
Hello
I would like to know if it's possible to configure a dropbox account to store files only in Europe.
I found this
GDPR - server location | The Dropbox Community
but it's an old post and I haven't found any official document from dropbox with a formal answer to this.
Thank you

Thanks for the info. It wouldn't be possible to have it stored in the EU from the beginning, even with a Dropbox team plan.
It would need to be migrated to EU data after upgrading, and with having 10 licenses in the team.

Hello
I have a personal account but this would be for a customer, so it would be a new account, no need to migrate, just to guarantee that the data is stored in the EU from the begining.
Unfornutaly i don't have the need for 10 licenses so that wont work for us.
Thank you

Hi nunonaos, thanks for joining the Community!
Currently, the option to have your data reside on EU servers is available for users on a Dropbox team subscription.
If you are the admin on a Dropbox team, and you meet the other requirements listed in that article, you can follow those steps to migrate your data across.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
