Issue when trying to login to an account that was recently deleted and re-created
Hello,
We have created a dropbox account with an adress email.
We have deleted this account because we thought we made an error with the set up.
We are trying to recreate a dropbox account with the same email adress. Dropbox tells me that they are happy to see me back, we put the password but then nothing happens. Nothing is opening, we stay on the same screen where we have to put the password.
We once received the 6 digit code but we don't get any screen where we can enter it...
Can you help me?

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the page you get stuck on?
Please make sure to hide any personal info on the screenshot, like your email address.
Have you also tried this from a different browser, to see if it helps?

Hello,
Here is the screen we get stuck on (sorry it is in French).
We put our password, click on "connect" and then it remains on this screen. No erreor message, nothing happens.
We receive an email with the 6 digit code but cannot get any screen to put it on...
We tried on both chrome and edge, same problem.

Hi, just to let you know that we receive emails from Dropbox... It means that the account is probably still valid and not deleted but why can't we log in ? Do you think it is a computer set up problem?

Do you get the same behavior if you clear the browser's cache or if you try from a private browsing/incognito window?

Hello,
We tried both solutions and it does not work. Still the same screen that remains fixed once we have entered our password.
We receive the 6 digit code but get no screen to put it on.
