My account was deleted by Dropbox - can I recover it?
Hello, I just realized that my Dropbox accounthas been deleted by Dropbox.
It contains all my business files and family photos, so it's very important?
. How can I recover it, please? ...

When I try to sign in i see :
This account is deleted
Please sign up with a new account or wait 16 days to re-register with your current email address.

2 years agoWas it part of a business account? If so the Team Admin can possibly recover it.
If it was deleted for inactivity etc. then no its not recoverable I'm afraid.

I was a business account but then i moved to basic.
But i dont think i were innactiv during 1 whole year beaucause a few months ago i've check my account
So why they've deleted it ?

Hello, what do you mean by the Team Admin ?
I'm the only user of this account, i don't have team or anything.
I don't know when it was deleted, i've seen that now but never received any mail to tell it were about to deleted it
