How to delete a Dropbox account?

I have a dropbbox aacount and I wanted to change my emailadress. I seemed that I had an account with that adress. I try to delta that account but I does not work. 

Wat can I do?

    Can you please clarify what exactly is the issue or error when trying to delete your Dropbox account?

    Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome!
