My Dropbox account was suspended without any explanation.

Question or Issue

My another Dropbox account (in professional plan) was wrongly suspended without any explanation or warning. I've been using this account normally for storing personal files. This is really frustrating as I need access to my files.

Any advice on how to get this resolved quickly?

Thanks for dropping by the community ooohoc

Have you checked the email box for the account in question to review any previous correspondence from Dropbox? Have there been any previous warnings, flags, or violations?

Also, do you know how long its been since the suspension came into effect?

Thank you for your response. I've checked the email inbox associated with that account, and I haven't received any emails from Dropbox regarding warnings, flags, or violations.

You often dont get warnings I'm afraid. If you breached the T&C's it could be immediate removal.
