My Professional Dropbox account isn't connected to the company's account
Hey Everyone,
I recently started a new job and was given a professional dropbox account. The problem is that I am completely disconnected from the companies account. I can't see or access anything...

Just for clarification, you mentioned that you have a Professional account with 2 GB of quota. Do you mean that you received a Dropbox account under your work email address?
An actual Dropbox Professional account contains 3TB (3,000 GB) of quota, and you mentioned that you have 2 GB of quota, which would mean that you have a Basic account. You can confirm your account plan from this page.
Have you been in contact with your team admin in order for them to invite you to the team to onboard you?
