Not receiving the 6-digit security code. What can I do?

I've had my Dropbox account for 13 years.  For as long as the account has been in use, I've had the same email address.  For whatever reason, I am not getting the 6 digit code sent to my email address.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey frankg4, sorry to hear about this.

If you have access to the email, but are not receiving the code, make sure to check your spam folder as well.

If it's not there, add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for trying frankg4!

In that case, can I send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this?
