Not receiving the 6-digit security code. What can I do?

I've had my Dropbox account for 13 years.&nbsp; For as long as the account has been in use, I've had the same email address.&nbsp; For whatever reason, I am not getting the 6 digit code sent to my email address.&nbsp; Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you have access to the email, but are not receiving the code, make sure to check your spam folder as well.
&nbsp;
If it's not there, add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again.
&nbsp;

Added no-reply@dropbox.com&nbsp;to my contacts.&nbsp; Tried to login again.&nbsp; Still not 6 digit code.&nbsp; Nothing in Spam or Junk mail.
