Is the email account active?
If so you need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support. Do this while logged out - even here (the forums). Consider using an incognito window to do so

Hi yes please email me! I try to login through online on site but the sign-in box only giving 2 opts (gmail & apple) which my registered email is yahoo. I tried to fill in the email below, 3 column and its directly lead me to signup, which its wrong.
And when i try via mobile dropbox apps, the problem (as my first query) happens. Please help 😞

The dropbox ask me for the authentication code and its mentioned already sent to my email, i had checked it, its doesnt even available on my inbox/spam/junk
