Password reset email not received
Hi! I created my account back in 2016-2017 and I didn't use it for a while. I changed my phone since then and now I can't login because I don't remember my password. When I try to reset it, it says t...
- 4 years agoIf the account hasn't been accessed for over 12 months, then it means that it wouldn't be possible to regain access to the account of the files within.

3 years agoHi DANRAT, rayvanb, are you using any custom domains for your email address, or is there any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

I use Microsoft as my mailprovider. I assume they didn't block any of your servers as that may cause issues for a lot of people.
