I can't reset my password

Hello,

when i try to reset my password by indicating the email address of my account, i got this message : Too many attempts. Please try again in a few minutes.

And when i try to reset my password with the security settings of my account, i put my old one and a new one, but nothing happens when i click on modify.

 

Can someone help me. Thanks.

    I have an account for a company e-mail. It was only used for a short while. I know it exists, because whenever I try to sign up for an account using the e-mail, I get a message saying "welcome back". But when I try to log in with a password or try to have my password reset, it won't send anything to the e-mail in question [email removed as per Community Guidelines]

    Also, feel free to try adding "no-reply@dropbox.com" to your email's contacts or address book and repeat these steps to reset your password.

    No change unfortunately. No e-mail or anything. I still get sent to the "welcome back" page for logging in. Been checking my email. Tried sending password reset a couple of times, but didn't get any. I added the noreply dropbox email to my contacts too.

    Hi arrileth, is it possible that the company domain is blocking the email address from sending this message to your inbox entirely? Have you tried contacting your IT admin for help?
