Solved

I'm not receiving the password reset email. What can I do?

Hi,  can't recover my other (older) account, which is obviously associated to another mail. I tried to get a mail to create a new password but I didn't find anything in the "inbox" and "spam" folder. 

I've tried many times (I waited 24 hours because I tried too many times, but the situation is the same)

    Does this mean we're good to go ahead and send you an email from our end to investigate further MajinBrut ?

    Hey MajinBrut, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

    Could you try adding "no-reply@dropbox.com" to your email's contacts or address book and repeat these steps to reset your password?

    Do you have any other devices connected to your account?

    This will help me to assist further!

    Thanks you for the answer, I added the address buy It didn't work.

    I have no other devices connected (I had a Dropbox folder on my old desktop PC, but It has been dismantled)
