Security Code not working, says it's invalid.
Hi. I've installed dropbox app on my new phone and need to access it from my work account. I entered by login credentials and received the 6-digit security code, but when it enter it (correctly), it says that it is an invalid code. I've tried this on both my phone and PC, with the same result. I've also read the article here (https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Settings-and-Preferences/Verification-code-not-working/td-p/532415) with linked article inside and can confirm all of that has been confirmed in place. I've also entered the security key within 15 seconds of requesting it, so time to entry could not have been an issue.
Please help me here as I need this to do m work.

I have the same problem. I have read everything I can but nothing has given me the right solution. I do not have two-factor authentication on my desktop and my dropbox still works there and on my old phone. However I cannot link to it on my new phone. It keeps telling me that the code is invalid. I am really fed up with this! It would be great if you could help!

Sorry to hear same thing’s happening to you, harleymac1.
Did you reinstall the Dropbox app on your mobile device, and you still get an error that the code’s not valid?
