Seems like I have 2 Dropbox accounts under 1 email address
Hi,
It seems I have 2 DropBox accounts but one email login. I subscribe to a plan and pay monthly, the bills going to my gmail address, but after I logged in today it reverted me to an old (free) ...

An email address can only be associated with one Dropbox account, so let's see what we can find to get to the bottom of this.
How are you paying for your Dropbox subscription? Is it with a credit card or through iTunes/Google Play?
If it's with a credit card, try looking up the billing info here to see the email address associated with the account; is it the same as the one the free one is under?
Let me know what you find.

Thanks Hannah for your reply. I pay via PayPal, and the invoice is sent to the same mentioned email address, which is why it’s so odd. The same email address I can only access the free account is the same email address I receive the PayPal invoice. Any ideas?
