Solved

The Dropbox website is stuck when trying to sign in, and the "All files" page doesn't show my files

Hi,

Since a couple of weeks dropbox has started to malfunction on my pc. After entering the credentials, the grey button square keeps spinning infinitely.

One of the times the login was successful (just after changing the password), but my dropbox appears empty (I have data, you can see the folders in the left menu).

Any help on this? I need to use it on my home computer as usual. I thought it was some temporary problem but this is already weird.

  • I finally found the problem, it was a crypto wallet plugin, quite weird as it never gave me any problems.

Thanks for reporting this on our forum, Skarcio!

    This is interesting, indeed.

Are you encountering the same thing from different browsers or an incognito window?

What if you click on the folders appearing in the sidebar? Can you see their contents then or do they still show blank?

Keep me posted for more updates.

Quite weird, a few days ago I tried in incognito and in another browser and had the same behavior. But now in incognito it works for me. I have cleared cookies and data just in case, but it still doesn't work in "normal mode" in chrome.

I can't see the content when I click on the folders in the sidebar.

Hmm, I see. Can you also check your Chrome browser and make sure there aren’t any pending updates? If there are, make sure to install them before trying again.

I’d also suggest restoring your browser to its default settings and disabling any browser plugins. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.
