The email address does not work with Dropbox. It says it's already taken.
I have had to use an alternative email to use dropbox.
For some reason it appears that my email address [email removed as per Community Guidelines] is on some sort of black list because I cannot use it to create an account, reset a password, or receive emails via DropboxSign that are sent to me from other companies.
This has been going on for quite some time and I need help from an actual human being.
Yes I have tried everything... I never receive and reset emails or anything from dropbox.
When I try to set up a new account it says that email is already in use.
When I try to reset my password the email to that account never arrives.
Yes I checked my junk mail etc...
I'm currently trying to sign a document initiated from a third party that they are sending to the email above via DropboxSign and I am not receiving it.
Personally I stopped using that email for dropbox and switched to a similar but different email that works for the same domain... so it is not a domain thing.... nor is it a junk mail issue.
This is quite frustrating and I don't quite understand why dropbox has black listed or is having problems with this email.

It sounds odd indeed.

The email is [removed] and yes it is fine.
The similar email that actually works is [removed].[personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

are you able to see the email that I am having trouble with since personal information is removed?
can you give me a direct line or number to contact me at?
you can use the current email address associated with my dropbox account (it is not the one i am having trouble with)
