two-factor login issue
Hi, I have a current Dropbox account, which is working fine. However, I had a previous account under an email address which I can no longer access (the ISP went out of business). Is there a way of working with Dropbox for help accessing this account? I can provide verification ID if required. Once logged in, I can copy all those old files to my new Dropbox account and never have this issue again. 🙂
Thank you for any suggestions.

Hey skater13 - sorry to hear about this.
The best way to get assistance with this would be to reach out to our support team directly.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant information.
Once you do this and get a ticket number from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look It up as well if needed.
I hope this helps!
