Unable to delete account (Error 500)
I'm unable to delete my account. I've tried multiple browsers on multiple computers, in normal and private modes. The issue seems to be account related.

Just an update, perhaps mostly for the next person struggling with the same error and going around in circles with this:
I requested an immediate downgrade from the support team, as suggested. They were unable to help with that.
The support team did state that I should be able to delete the account as a downgrade is requested. But I am not (just tried again). I provided the same error message as text. They also requested that error message as a screenshot (must be in the script). I sent it. They want to move the conversation to email and escalate to someone. So I'll wait for that.

Update:
- I contacted support and asked them to help with deleting the account. They downgraded the account to Basic and closed the support ticket. I'm still unable to delete the account (same error 500) and re-opened the support ticket.
- They also provided a prorated refund which is obviously nice but not requested.
