Cookie settings - restricting live chat options
Hi there,
Need some help. I have no idea what I have done, but somehow I have changed my cookie settings to prevent live chat. I have Chrome as a search engine and reset to default settings on all cookies. Not sure what to do. Please help.
Thanks .

Hey @petemes, thanks for posting today!
Let's see if these steps help:
- Go to the Dropbox support page
- Click on the vertical ellipsis button at the top right corner in Chrome
- Click on "Settings"
- Click on "Privacy and security"
- Click on "Third party cookies"
- Click on "Allow third party cookies"
Let me know how it goes.
