To reiterate from Category: English | The Dropbox Community

Dropbox Paper via web doesn't work on android since it keeps popping up to open the paper file on dropbox's main/official app (not the paper app) which is not capable of opening paper files either. And due to that mandatory popup the browser on Android can't open the paper file using website either! I have tried uninstall dropbox official app. Browser on android still keeps popping up to open those docs in dropbox app. 

It's not good idea to discontinue the app without fixing the integration so paper on web app at least works on phones.

As a result, we are completely locked out of paper docs on Android phones!
