    Hallo, ich habe das gleiche Problem, mir wurde sogar noch mehr Geld abgebucht, dabei habe ich nur ein Dropbox-Konto und das ist ein basic konto. Könnt ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen

Hallo, hast du irgendwas erreichen können? oder wenigstens einen email kontakt? ich habe versucht über die drobpox-support mail jemanden zu erreichen, allerdings ist das alles nur computer generiert und angeblich bekommt man nur je nach abotyp zugriff auf den emailßsupport. ist das bei dir auch so.
