Dropbox heruntergestuft

Hallo zusammen,

adyen hat versucht den Jahresbeitrag für meine Dropbox von meinem Konto abzubuchen. Das schlug leider fehl, da mein Konto eine zu geringe Deckung hatte. Ich habe daraufhin direkt an adyen überwiesen. Seitdem (fast 4 Wochen) schreibe ich täglich mehrere Mails an dropbox und adyen. Keiner von beiden hat anscheinend das Geld. Kann mir evtl. jemand weiterhelfen? Bin am Verzweifeln.

    Hallo zusammen,

    kann mir evtl. jemand eine Telefonnummer nennen? Ich denke ich muss dort anrufen. Das ganze hin und herschreiben führt zu nichts.

    Habe schon öfter mal gehört, dass es zu Problemen bei adyen kommt. Hoffe für dich, dass es noch klappen wird
