Dear All,
only for information, I found where the problem was: there was a file (phrases.pxp) causing my syncing problems.
As the phrases.pxp file could not sync, other files could not sync too.
Dropbox was not able to sync other files AFTER the “phrases.pxp” in the Dropbox Sync queue.
I simply deleted the “phrases.pxp” file from my machine and problem solved😉

Hello philecki,
How did you recognise that this file causes the error? Where did you find the "DropBox Sync queue"?
This would help a lot. At the moment i am not able to find out what files DB is working on.
